Fair Value Measurement Fair Value Measurement
The carrying values of our assets and liabilities, other than term debt and derivative instruments, approximate their fair values due to the short-term nature of these instruments as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025.
We estimate the fair value of our Term Facility using Level 2 inputs.
Our derivative instruments, which at June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025 were comprised of cross-currency swaps, are valued utilizing foreign currency forward curves and SOFR forward curves, as applicable, which are considered Level 2 inputs.
We estimate the fair value of our strategic investments in unconsolidated affiliates when there is an observable price change. The estimated fair value of our strategic investments were calculated using valuation techniques that included both observable (Level 2) and unobservable (Level 3) inputs.
