SUBSEQUENT EVENT	19. SUBSEQUENT EVENT Dividends On July 28, 2026, the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share payable September 10, 2026, to common stockholders of record at the close of business on August 10, 2026.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
