| DIVIDENDS AND DISTRIBUTIONS | DIVIDENDS AND DISTRIBUTIONS With respect to dividends and distributions paid during the six months ended June 30, 2026, PBF LLC made aggregate non-tax distributions of $64.2 million, or $0.55 per unit to its members, of which $63.7 million was distributed pro-rata to PBF Energy and the balance was distributed to its other members. PBF Energy used this $63.7 million to pay quarterly cash dividends of $0.275 per share of Class A common stock on March 11, 2026 and May 29, 2026 |
