| SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | NOTE 22 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In July 2026, we acquired the operator of four care homes, which were already owned by Omega, for a contractual purchase price of $20.2 million and transitioned the investment into our new Operating segment. Concurrently with the acquisition, the Company entered into a management agreement with an affiliate of the acquired operator to continue managing the day-to-day operations of the four care homes. In July 2026, we acquired six SNFs in Texas for $72.9 million and leased them to one new operator.
