In July 2026, the Company completed a follow-on public offering, pursuant to which the Company issued and sold 21,045,000 shares of the Company's common stock. The Company estimates that the net proceeds from the offering were approximately $405.0 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses payable by the Company. |
