Item 8.01
Other Events.
 
On July 29, 2026, Pulse Biosciences, Inc. (the “Company”) announced surpassing the enrollment midpoint of its NANOPULSE-AF clinical study ("Study"), a prospective, multicenter, pivotal, clinical investigation currently evaluating the Company’s nPulse™ Cardiac Catheter System for treating recurrent, drug-resistant, symptomatic paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. The Study commenced in April 2026 and is expected to enroll patients at up to 30 sites, including sites outside the United States.
