Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 29, 2026, Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for its second fiscal quarter ended June 28, 2026. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
