| Goodwill | Goodwill: The changes in the carrying amount of goodwill in 2026, in total and by segment, are summarized in the table below (in millions):
(1) As discussed in Note 13, an update to our purchase price allocation of Duro Dyne and Supco resulted in a $6.5 million increase in goodwill. We monitor our reporting units for indicators of impairment throughout the year to determine if a change in facts or circumstances warrants a re-evaluation of our goodwill. We have not recorded any goodwill impairments for the six months ended June 30, 2026 or in any periods presented.
