Goodwill allocated to the CAM business totaling $739.4 million was reclassified to assets held for sale as of January 3, 2026. Upon closing of the CAM sale in the second quarter of 2026, $737.1 million of goodwill was derecognized and included in the carrying amount of the disposed business in determining the gain on sale.
