On July 29, 2026, CSB Financial Inc., the stock holding company of Community Savings Bank (the “Bank”), issued a press release to announce the completion of its initial public offering in connection with the Bank’s conversion from the mutual-to-stock form of ownership. The Company’s common stock is expected to begin quotation on the OTCQB Market on July 30, 2026 under the ticker symbol “CSBA”. For additional information, refer to the press release which is filed as an exhibit hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
