| Debt | Debt Debt Obligations The aggregate carrying value of our 5.25% Senior Notes (“5.25% Notes”) and the par value as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025 is presented in table 3.1 below.
The 5.25% Notes are an obligation of our holding company, MGIC Investment Corporation. See Note 3 - “Debt” in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025 for additional information pertaining to our debt obligation. As of June 30, 2026, we are in compliance with our debt covenants. Interest Payments Interest payments were $17.1 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025.
