The fair value of our Senior Notes due 2026 was $499 million and $497 million as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, respectively. The fair value of our Senior Notes due 2028 was $481 million and $480 million as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, respectively. The fair value of our Senior Notes due 2031 was $452 million and $454 million as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, respectively. The fair value of our Senior Notes due 2033 was $509 million as of June 30, 2026. The fair value of our Senior Notes due 2036 was $512 million as of June 30, 2026. The fair value of our Senior Notes due 2046 was $336 million and $340 million as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, respectively.
(b)The debt issuance costs and unamortized discount are recognized as a reduction in the carrying value of the Senior Notes in the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets and are being amortized to interest expense in our Condensed Consolidated Income Statements over the expected remaining terms of the Senior Notes.
