Treasury Shares
On September 17, 2025, the Company's Board of Directors approved a new share repurchase program for up to $400 million of the Company's common shares. The new share repurchase program is open-ended, allowing the Company to repurchase its shares from time to time in the open market or privately negotiated transactions, depending on market conditions. At June 30, 2026, remaining authorization under this plan was exhausted.
On February 26, 2026, the Company's Board of Directors approved a new share repurchase program for up to $300 million of the Company's common shares. The new share repurchase program supplements the existing share repurchase program, and is open-ended, allowing the Company to repurchase its shares from time to time in the open market or privately negotiated transactions, depending on market conditions. At June 30, 2026, remaining authorization under this plan was $263 million.
