Assets Held for Sale	Note 5 — Assets Held for Sale Assets held for sale include the net book value of assets the Company plans to sell within the next 12 months and are primarily related to excess non-working assets. Long-lived assets that meet the held for sale criteria are held for sale and reported at the lower of their carrying value or fair value less estimated costs to sell. As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the Company classified $0.3 million of idle high specification rigs within our broader rig portfolio as held for sale, as the assets continue to be actively marketed. For the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, the Company recognized gains on asset disposals of $1.2 million and $0.9 million, respectively. For the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, the Company recognized net gains on asset disposals of $1.8 million and $0.2 million, respectively. These gains are included in Gain on sale of assets in the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations.
