| Performance Narrative [Text Block] | The Fund commenced operations following the completion of the reorganization of each of the AIG Flexible Credit Fund and AIG Strategic Bond Fund, each a series of SunAmerica Income Funds, into the Fund, which occurred on July 16, 2021 (the “Reorganization”). As a result of the Reorganization, the performance and accounting history of the AIG Strategic Bond Fund (the “Predecessor Fund”) was assumed by the Fund. Financial and performance information prior to July 16, 2021 included in the Fund’s prospectus is that of the Predecessor Fund, which was managed by a different adviser using different investment strategies. The Fund’s performance shown below would have differed if Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. (the Fund’s current Sub-Adviser) had managed the Fund pursuant to its current strategies prior to July 16, 2021.The bar chart and performance table below illustrate some indication of the risks and volatility of an investment in the Fund by showing changes in the Fund’s performance from calendar year to calendar year and by showing how the Fund’s average annual total returns for one year, five years, and ten years compare with the Bloomberg US Aggregate Bond Index.
