Item 8.01. Other Events
On July 28, 2026, BioNexus Gene Lab Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release titled “BioNexus Advances VitaGuard™ Southeast Asia Rollout Following China Working Visit,” announcing continued progress toward commercializing the VitaGuard™ molecular residual disease (“MRD”) platform in Southeast Asia following a recent working visit to facilities of the Tongshu Gene group in Shanghai and Changzhou, China. The press release describes technical and commercial planning, selected hospital site visits in China, and the Company’s next steps for laboratory implementation, validation, regulatory preparation and commercialization in Southeast Asia, as well as Fidelion Diagnostics Pte. Ltd.’s efforts to pursue opportunities in other international markets.
