Item 8.01. Other Events.
On July 28, 2026, Monroe Capital Income Plus Corporation (the “Company”) reconvened and adjourned its 2026 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) without any business being conducted other than the adjournment. The Annual Meeting was adjourned because a quorum was not present. The Annual Meeting will be reconvened on August 11, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Stockholders can access the adjourned Annual Meeting by visiting www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/MONCAP2026 and using the 16-digit control number included on their proxy card or voting instruction form.
The polls will remain open for voting during the adjournment period. The record date for the Annual Meeting has not changed. Only stockholders of record at the close of business on April 13, 2026 are entitled to vote at the reconvened Annual Meeting.
