| Segment Reporting, CODM, Profit (Loss) Measure, How Used, Description | The Company’s Chief Operating Decision Maker (“CODM”) is the Chief Executive Officer. The CODM assesses performance for the behavioral healthcare services segment and decides how to allocate resources based on earnings before interest, income taxes, depreciation and amortization (“EBITDA”). The CODM reviews expenses in a format consistent with the condensed consolidated statements of income. The measure of segment assets is reported on the balance sheet as total assets. |
