BUSINESS COMBINATIONS BUSINESS COMBINATIONSIn the first quarter of 2026, we completed an acquisition with a total purchase price of $134 million, consisting primarily of cash consideration, which was accounted for as a business combination. In the second quarter of 2025, we completed an acquisition with a total purchase price of $19 million, consisting of cash consideration, which was accounted for as a business combination.
