We had no accumulated impairment losses related to goodwill as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025. During the first quarter of 2026, in connection with an operational realignment, the Company changed its reporting units. As a result, goodwill was reallocated among reporting units using a relative fair value approach, with no change in the consolidated carrying amount of goodwill. The Company performed an impairment assessment and determined that goodwill was not impaired. There was no change to the Company's reportable segments. |
