| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated subsequent events from the date of the Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements, and accompanying Notes thereto, through the date of issuance, and determined that, except for the approval received from the European Central Bank related to the proposed Transaction, as discussed in Note 2: Business Developments, no other significant events were identified requiring recognition or disclosure.
