| Subsequent Events | SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 22, 2026, the Company announced its quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on the Company's Class A and Common Stock for the first quarter of fiscal 2027, representing a 25% increase from the previous dividend of $0.20 per share. The dividend is payable on September 15, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 31, 2026.
