  <cov:taStatementAboutAmendment>Part III, Items 4, 10 and 15 are amended to allow for Extended Hours Trading Sessions.  Extended Hours Trading Sessions are those trading sessions that start on days the NYSE is closed.  In Extended Hours Trading Sessions, the ATS accepts orders from 5:30 PM ET until 3:50 AM ET the following morning and effects transactions from 6:00 PM ET until 3:50 AM ET the following morning. For all other trading sessions, the ATS continues to accept orders from 7:30 PM ET until 3:50 AM ET the following morning and effect transactions from 8:00 PM ET until 3:50 AM ET the following morning. 
The changes impact all subscribers and are applicable to IBKR as ATS operator. There are no other changes in this amendment.</cov:taStatementAboutAmendment>
