INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXESThe effective tax rate was higher than the U.S. federal statutory rate of 21% and increased during 2026 compared to 2025 as a result of changes in accruals on foreign tax matters and transaction related tax costs, primarily related to the Quantinuum deconsolidation and Aerospace Spin-Off, partially offset by changes in valuation allowance.
