| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events Declaration of Common Dividend On July 17, 2026, our Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share on all common stock. The dividend is payable on August 14, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 31, 2026.
