    During the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, other financing activities, net in the Company's consolidated statement of cash flows included changes in bank overdrafts, which are generally settled in cash in the short term, of $(110) million and $(50) million, respectively.    

    During the three months ended June 30, 2025, the Company received $46 million from a payroll tax credit under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act associated with the retention of employees. Such amount is recorded in other operating expense (income), net in the Company's consolidated statement of operations.
