SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	10. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In accordance with the dividend declared by the Company’s board of directors on April 14, 2026, a cash dividend of $0.11 per share in an aggregate amount of $1,256,806 was paid on July 15, 2026, to all shareholders of record on July 8, 2026.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
