| Goodwill | GOODWILL The changes in the carrying amount of goodwill for the six months ended June 30, 2026, were as follows:
(a) Accumulated impairment for the International segment was $573.6 million as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025. There are no accumulated impairment losses for the Americas segment. There was no impairment of goodwill for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025.
