Named Executive Officers, Footnote Mr. Giannini served as PEO in fiscal 2022, 2023 and a portion of fiscal 2024. In fiscal 2024 Messrs. Hirsch and Delgado-Moreira served as Co-PEOs after Mr. Giannini transitioned to his current role. Messrs.
