| Amendment Description | This current report on Form 8-K/A (the “Amendment”) amends and supplements the current report on Form 8-K filed by Paymentus Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on June 8, 2026 (the “Original Form 8-K”). The Original Form 8-K reported the final voting results of the Company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on June 5, 2026 (the “2026 Annual Meeting”). The sole purpose of this Amendment is to disclose the Company’s decision regarding how frequently it will conduct future stockholder advisory votes to approve the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers pursuant to the compensation disclosure rules of the SEC (“say-on-pay votes”).
