A reconciliation of net interest income, net interest margin, and net interest spread on a GAAP basis to net interest income, net interest margin, and net interest spread on an FTE basis, respectively, (each of which is a non-GAAP financial measure) is provided on pages 10 and 11. Net interest margin is calculated by dividing annualized net interest income by average interest-earning assets. Net interest spread is calculated as the difference between the interest rate earned (annualized interest income divided by average interest-earning assets) and the interest rate incurred (annualized interest expense divided by average interest-related funds).
