| SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 20, 2026, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $2.05 per share for the three months ending September 30, 2026 (“third quarter 2026”). The third quarter 2026 dividend is payable on August 28, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of trading on August 14, 2026.
