(a North Carolina corporation) and subsidiaries (the “Company”) as of May 3, 2026 and April 27, 2025, the related consolidated statements of net loss, comprehensive loss, shareholders’ equity, and cash flows for each of the three years in the period ended May 3, 2026, and the related notes (collectively referred to as the “consolidated financial statements”).
