Vivani Medical, Inc. (the “Company” or “Vivani”) made a presentation at the Emerging Growth Conference in New York on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 4:10 p.m. Eastern Time. A copy of a slide presentation that Dr. Adam Mendelsohn, Vivani’s Chief Executive Officer, used during the conference, which includes an update that the expected date for the Company’s first dosing of SLIM-1 is expected to take place in August 2026, is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein. The slide presentation speaks only as of the date of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
