Subsequent Events	Note 8 - Subsequent Events In preparing these condensed consolidated financial statements, the Company has evaluated events and transactions for potential recognition or disclosure through the date these condensed consolidated financial statements were issued and the following events are reported. On July 1^st, 2026, the company made and received a draw request for $100,000 against it’s line of credit.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
