The Christiana Mall Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 6.1% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the trust and servicing agreement, dated as of August 9, 2018 relating to the BBCMS 2018-CHRS Mortgage Trust filed as Exhibit 4.2 to the registrant’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on December 20, 2018 (the “BBCMS 2018-CHRS TSA”).  Pursuant to Section 7.1(d) of the BBCMS 2018-CHRS TSA, Trimont LLC was removed as special servicer of the Christiana Mall Mortgage Loan and Green Loan Services LLC (“Green Loan”), a Delaware limited liability company, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the Christiana Mall Mortgage Loan under the BBCMS 2018-CHRS TSA.

In the interest of transaction management, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of July 14, 2026, the Christiana Mall Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the BBCMS 2018-CHRS TSA, by Green Loan. Green Loan maintains its principal special servicing office at 1 Vanderbilt Avenue, New York, New York 10017 and its telephone number is (212) 594-2700.
