Attached to this Report on Form 6-K (this “Report”) as Exhibit 3.1 is a copy of the Second Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation of Global Ship Lease, Inc. (the “Company”), filed with the Registrar of Corporations of the Republic of the Marshall Islands on July 14, 2026. The Second Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation were approved by the shareholders of the Company at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on June 17, 2026.
