The securities to be registered hereby are the preferred share purchase rights (the “Rights”) of Revelation Biosciences, Inc. (the “Company”). The description of the Rights set forth under Item 1.01 of the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 13, 2026, and the Rights Agreement, dated as of July 10, 2026, between the Company and Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Co., as Rights Agent (filed as an exhibit thereto and incorporated herein by reference), are incorporated herein by reference.
