On November 21, 2025, the Company issued 2,500,000 shares of common stock to a director Usman Kuso for cash proceeds of $250 at $0.0001 per share.
In May 2026, the Company issued 300,000 shares of common stock for cash proceeds of $6,000 at $0.02 per share.
In June 2026, the Company issued 300,000 shares of common stock for cash proceeds of $6,000 at $0.02 per share.
As of June 30, 2026 the Company had 3,100,000 shares issued and outstanding.
