Common Stock
At May 31, 2026, the Company had 300,000,000 authorized shares of common stock with a par value of $0.001 per share, and 65,779,045 shares of common stock outstanding.
Warrants
Each of the Company’s warrants outstanding entitles the holder to purchase one share of the Company’s common stock for each warrant share held.
