ACCRUED LIABILITIES AND OTHER PAYABLES As of April 30, 2026, the Company has accrued liabilities and other payables of $10,350 which comprises of outstanding audit fees and salary. As of April 30, 2025, the Company has accrued liabilities and other payables of $15,642 which comprises of outstanding audit fees, legal fees, filing fees and salary.
