Item 7.01         Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On July 9, 2026, CervoMed Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it has completed enrollment in the Company’s Phase 2a study of neflamapimod for the treatment of nonfluent variant primary progressive aphasia, a type of frontotemporal dementia (“FTD”). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
