| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events Dividend Declaration On June 15, 2026, the Company’s Board declared a cash dividend of $1.02 per share payable on July 31, 2026 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 17, 2026. Share Repurchase Plan On June 15, 2026, the Board of Directors approved a new share repurchase authorization.
