| Related Party Transactions | Related Party Transactions The Company’s Chief Financial Officer is a trustee for the multiple employer welfare association that facilitates the acquisition and administration of the Company’s healthcare plans. Expenses related to the healthcare plan premiums were $1.5 million and $3.1 million for the three and six months ended May 31, 2026, respectively, and $1.5 million and $2.8 million for the three and six months ended May 31, 2025, respectively. As of May 31, 2026, and November 30, 2025, the amount recorded in accounts payable and accrued expenses and other current liabilities in connection with this healthcare plan provider was not material.
