On July 8, 2026, Nuveen issued a press release to announce the successful completion of the Nuveen Real Estate Exchange I DST (“NREX I”) offering, a $58.7 million Delaware statutory trust offering. The offering was sponsored by Nuveen Real Estate Exchange LLC, a subsidiary of Nuveen Global Cities REIT, Inc. A copy of such press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
