| RELATED PARTIES | RELATED PARTIES Michelle Gass (President and Chief Executive Officer) and David Jedrzejek (Senior Vice President and General Counsel) are members of the Board of Directors of the Levi Strauss Foundation, which is an independent non-profit entity that is not one of our consolidated entities. Mr. Jedrzejek also serves as a Vice Chair of the Levi Strauss Foundation. During the three and six months ended May 31, 2026, the Company donated $0.4 million and $8.1 million, respectively, to the Levi Strauss Foundation as compared to $0.5 million and $4.9 million for the same prior-year periods. During the three and six months ended May 31, 2026, the Company recognized expenses related to their donation commitments of $2.5 million and $5.1 million, respectively, as compared to $2.4 million and $3.2 million for the same prior-year periods.
