Employee Stock Purchase Plan (“ESPP”)
Under our ESPP, employees purchased 450 thousand shares of common stock for $7.2 million in the first nine months of 2026 and 529 thousand shares of common stock for $6.8 million in the first nine months of 2025, respectively.
