Item 8.01 Other Events.
The Cummins Station mortgage loan, an asset of the BMO 2026-C14 Mortgage Trust (the “Issuing Entity”), is being serviced pursuant to the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of August 1, 2024 (the “BANK 2024-5YR8 PSA”), by and among Banc of America Merrill Lynch Commercial Mortgage Inc., as depositor, Trimont LLC (as successor to Wells Fargo Bank, National Association), as master servicer, Greystone Servicing Company LLC, as special servicer, Computershare Trust Company, National Association, as certificate administrator and as trustee, and Pentalpha Surveillance LLC, as operating advisor and as asset representations reviewer, which governs the issuance of the BANK5 2024-5YR8, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2024-5YR8. The BANK 2024-5YR8 PSA was filed as Exhibit 4.6 to the registrant's Current Report on Form 8-K dated January 27, 2026, and filed by the registrant on January 29, 2026, under Commission File No. 333-280224-12.
Effective as of July 2, 2026, Greystone Servicing Company LLC has been terminated as special servicer with respect to the Cummins Station whole loan under the BANK 2024-5YR8 PSA, and Torchlight Loan Services, LLC has been appointed to act as successor special servicer with respect to the Cummins Station whole loan under the BANK 2024-5YR8 PSA. A copy of the related Acknowledgement of Replacement Special Servicer dated July 2, 2026 is attached hereto as Exhibit 20.1.
Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the pooling and servicing agreement dated as of February 1, 2026 relating to the Issuing Entity, filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K/A with respect to the Issuing Entity dated January 27, 2026, and filed by the registrant on February 11, 2026, under Commission File No. 333-280224-12.
