However, there is no tolerance violation as the final lender credit of $[redacted] was received by the borrower. Additionally, lender credits were applied to every single fee on the CD, so with an overall decrease in fees, there was a corresponding decrease in credits as there was nothing else they could be applied to. Final CD and addendum confirms credit pf $[redacted] which is an increase from the final LE.
