Resignation of Director

Effective as of June 30, 2026, Ms. Yanjun Xu has resigned from her positions as Director and Financial Director of NIP Group Inc. (the “Company”). Ms. Xu’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
